Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Engage NZ account and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn with original tags attached, and place them securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
